Carpoforo: 3-10 cm, cantilever, flat, sometimes crusty, with upper tomentose surface, with zoning, grayish-white-brown.
Gills: off-white, straight and simple or branched.
Meat: white, suberosa, leathery.

Edibility, habitat and observations
Relationship with the surrounding plant environment: saprophytic mushroom.
It grows on dead hardwood, all year round.
Inedible for the leathery consistency.
