Description
The Pantani dell Inferno State Nature Reserve was established to protect the area and has environmental characteristics that are particularly suitable for stopping, wintering and nesting numerous migratory birds and in particular wading birds, which are increasingly rare due to the reduction of their habitat. Of considerable interest in the Pantani area of Hell is the presence, albeit minimal, of specimens of pink flamingo, which usually winter in the Park.
